Magnesium Benefits

Magnesium

Now there are many types of magnesium, they all help with different things

Sleep

Constipation

Bone Density

Muscle and nerve relaxation

This is because magnesium is involved in hundreds of cellular reactions in the body.

So, I can only say to do your research, as to what your issue is and find the right type of magnesium and especially the right dosage. For example, there is a lot of research to say (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2352364621000079) post or menopausal women would benefit from increased levels of magnesium per day, instead of the usual adult RDA. This is all to do with bone density loss during menopause, and the bones store our magnesium. Bone density loss can also affect men too. I personally take the magnesium featured to help with sleep. I take two at night and have a little bit of magnesium in my multi vitamin in the morning. For sleep it is good to take at night, and this would also apply if you are taking it for restless leg syndrome.
