Welcome to my website and to Sarah Kay Holistics.
I first discovered Reiki when I tried it as a recipient while I was volunteering at St Gemma's Hospice in Leeds. Reiki felt so peaceful and serene; it felt very spiritual and I decided to take the training myself.
I trained to Level 1 and 2 Angelic Reiki with Anna-Louise Haigh in December 2017 and then incorporated that at the hospice and with many friends and family. As well as being able to help others, the effects of Reiki in my life were amazing.
I have always chosen to take a very holistic approach and trained with some of the best in their field. Anna-Louise Haigh has decades of experience in Holistic and Complementary therapies, has written many books and even created her own therapeutic modalities. Pippa James, my tutor for reflexology, of the Yorkshire School of Complementary Therapy, was trained by Beryl Crane, the only Westerner ever to be asked to attend and partake in every Symposium of the Chinese Reflexology Association. My training can therefore be traced through Beryl to Ann Gillanders, Dwight Byers and to Eunice Ingham, mother of Reflexology. All my qualifications are the highest level available in England, the ITEC Level 3 Diplomas, requiring hundreds of hours of practical case studies.
I will help you to look after your total wellbeing using therapies such as Reflexology, Holistic Massage, and Zone Face Lift which bring awareness to not only our body and mind, but also our soul.
