I’ve recently completed a 2 day course in Advanced Reflexology which will help me to work more deeply. Also I learnt some new ‘helper’ reflex points for the thyroid and shoulder and techniques to balance the left and right brain and calm the nervous system. All this integrates with my existing routine effortlessly as it was with my original tutor, and it was so nice to be ‘back at school’!
