I am inviting you to a Vision Board workshop at Harewood Holisitics on Saturday 11th January 10am -1pm. Vision Boarding is the perfect way to kick off your new year intentions, dreams and plans. All materials are provided, you do not need to be artistic or creative, and you will leave with your own beautiful vision board to take home and help you stay on track in 2025.  The morning will be held in the lovely garden lodge with a warm stove in a small group. You will be able to take part in soulful meditations, have some guidance on creating a vision board, and what the year 2025 may hold symbolically. This allows you to feel and think about the year more broadly, and your plans holistically. It’s OK if you are not sure what the year holds, or have no specific plans, the workshop in intended to help you tap into those things in a deeper way.
