Massage is a great way to boost your immunity. Many scientific studies have shown that ‘there are sustained cumulative biologic actions for massage and touch interventions that persist for several days or a week‘.

My Autumn Immunity Boost treatment is a full body massage using immunity boosting lemon, ginger and eucalyptus essential oils followed by a 5 minute healing and relaxing body scan visualisation at the end of the massage, so you don’t have to rush off the massage bed immediately AND an aromatherapy inhaler to take away with you. The price is £50 for 60 minutes treatment.

Here are the results of my first Zone Facelift 12 week course and I am really pleased with this transformation, as is my client. I have recently taken two further CPD (Continuous Professional Development) courses and will be offering Zone Facelift from June, after completing my case studies.
