I’m please to say I have completed an FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) qualification in pre-blended aromatherapy oils use, so all my massages may include an essential oil pre-blended aromatherapy oil. This is a great way to combine the benefits of massage and aromatherapy, which can benefit the body and mind even more powerfully. Further updates to follow about these pre-blended oils.

I’ve recently completed a 2 day course in Advanced Reflexology which will help me to work more deeply. Also I learnt some new ‘helper’ reflex points for the thyroid and shoulder and techniques to balance the left and right brain and calm the nervous system. All this integrates with my existing routine effortlessly as it was with my original tutor, and it was so nice to be ‘back at school’!

using a carefully selected range of oils that are safe to use but also extremely beneficial.

You will have your blend applied throughout your treatment. This treatment is incorporates advanced massage techniques and you may be given your blend pot to take home so that you can maximise the benefits of your session.
